These terms of use govern access to and use of the MonComptoir platform, an online management service for bars and hospitality venues.
Using the service requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for actions performed from your account.
You agree to use the service in accordance with the law and these terms. The following are prohibited: uploading unlawful content, any breach of the service's security or integrity, automated data extraction, and use of the service on behalf of a third party without authorisation.
You warrant that you have the right to process the data you import or enter (notably your customers' consent for marketing emails). You remain the controller of that data; MonComptoir acts as a processor (see Privacy policy).
The publisher uses reasonable means to ensure availability, without guaranteeing the complete absence of interruption. Maintenance may occur.
The service is granted under a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for the duration of the subscription. No assignment of rights is granted.
The publisher is not liable for content entered by the user nor for indirect damages. To the extent permitted by law, its liability is limited to the amounts paid for the subscription over the last twelve months.
In the event of a breach of these terms, the publisher may suspend or terminate access, after a formal notice has remained without effect where applicable.
The publisher may amend these terms; users are informed of substantial changes.
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction.
