These terms of sale govern subscription to the paid MonComptoir plan. The service is intended for professionals (B2B relationship).
The subscription is offered at €30 per month, [TO COMPLETE: state incl./excl. tax and the applicable VAT regime]. It is a monthly subscription with no minimum term, tacitly renewed each month.
A 14-day free trial, without a credit card and without commitment, is offered. After the trial, access to paid features requires a subscription.
Payment is made by card via our provider Stripe. The subscription is charged monthly, in advance, on the anniversary date of the subscription.
An invoice is issued at each due date and made available to you. [TO COMPLETE: how invoices are accessed, if applicable].
As the service is provided to professionals for the purposes of their business, the consumer right of withdrawal under the French Consumer Code does not, in principle, apply.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period; amounts already paid are not refunded pro rata, unless a mandatory legal provision states otherwise.
In the event of failed or missed payment, access to paid features may be suspended until the situation is resolved.
The publisher may change its prices; any change is communicated with reasonable notice and applies from the next due date.
These terms of sale are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
